PPM stakeholders need visibility to key project, portfolio, and resource information. Custom reports can provide the insight needed. However, if stakeholders don’t have confidence in the accuracy of the data they see, the PMO and the entire PPM will lack credibility. In this presentation, we will explore examples of how custom reporting can provide visibility to key PPM information, identify PPM data that is inaccurate and provide guidance to project managers on how to quickly correct inaccurate data.
