Last year, Microsoft shared the findings of Forrester’s TEI (Total Economic Impact) study covering Office 365 PPM (Project and Portfolio Management). For this study, Forrester surveyed 45 Project Online customers (nine located in the US, 15 located in the UK, 15 located in France, and six located in Germany), additionally, they interviewed 4 customers on 1:1 basis too. The study clearly demonstrated the business value of Office 365 PPM. During this presentation we’ll breakdown how the ROI was calculated in the Forrester TEI case study and help you create your own business case by referencing it.
